7 years inside Dental Benelux — in dentistry

A website that brings in patients — not just a pretty one

I build your site around how patients actually choose a dentist. Aimed at a full schedule — not the prettiest design award.

What I do for your practice

Website for dental practices

Modern, fast and great on mobile. A site that earns trust and turns visitors into appointments — not just one that looks nice.

Get found on Google

Local SEO and a strong Google Business profile, so your practice ranks at the top when someone searches "dentist" + your town — Maastricht, Heerlen, Sittard, Kerkrade.

More and better reviews

A simple system to ask happy patients for a Google review. Reviews are what new patients go by.

Brand identity & print

Logo, business cards, appointment cards, flyers and overall look. One consistent style — design and printing handled, you just pick it up.

Online booking & intake

Easy appointment booking and digital intake forms, so the front desk gets fewer calls and less paperwork.

Ads that pay off

Google and Meta ads for new practices or specific treatments (implants, veneers, ortho). Only run when they actually return something.

Patients from across the border

A multilingual approach to attract Belgian or German patients — waiting time and price as a clear differentiator, within the rules for medical advertising.

One party for everything

Website, branding, print and IT through the same person who knows your practice. No four suppliers pointing at each other.

Who is Daniel?

I know the practice — not just the tech

For seven years I worked internally at Dental Benelux, a dental organization with several locations. Not as an outside agency, but daily inside the practice, among the staff.

In those years I saw not only how the technology works, but above all: how patients come in, how they choose a dentist, why they drop off, and where a practice loses patients and appointments.

That is exactly what a regular web agency misses. They build a pretty website. I build a website that fits how a dental practice actually gets patients.

My approach: make sure it works and brings in patients, explain what I do and why, and no fuss over the invoice.

A pretty website without patients is an expensive business card. The goal is a full schedule.— Daniel Orosz

In numbers — at Dental Benelux

≈ 3×more patient inflow — in 3 years
130–150new patients per month (was 50–70)
500–700crowns per month (was 200–300)
10 minto prepare a treatment plan (was 2 hours)

Results over several years at Dental Benelux, where I handled website, marketing, workflow and IT. No guarantee for every practice — but what I steer toward.

Why Oros

Why dental practices choose me

1

I know dentistry from the inside

Seven years daily in the practice. I know how patients choose and where practices lose them — knowledge a general agency does not have.

2

I build for patients, not for prizes

A website is not a work of art, but a means to fill the schedule. Everything is aimed at trust and appointments.

3

One point of contact for everything

Website, brand identity, print and IT through one person who knows your practice. No suppliers pointing at each other.

4

Local and reachable

Based in Kerkrade, active across South Limburg. You work directly with me, not with an account manager.

5

Agency quality, without agency prices and agency hassle

No long projects and high fixed monthly fees. Clear agreements, a fair price, short lines.

Sound familiar?

What I help practices with

  • The website looks outdated and inspires too little trust
  • The practice is hard to find; you are not at the top for "dentist Maastricht" or "dentist Heerlen"
  • Few or outdated Google reviews
  • New patients can't easily find the practice online
  • The schedule is not full, or certain treatments (implants, veneers) are not running
  • Different suppliers for website, print and IT — no one oversees the whole
  • You have no time yourself to work on the online presence
  • Business cards, flyers and website don't speak the same brand identity

From the practice

What I did at Dental Benelux

Inflow roughly tripled in 3 years

As an internal partner I handled the website for 7 years (this was the third I built for the organization; before that I maintained two older sub-brand sites), the marketing and the IT. With a site that earns trust, a well-set-up Google profile and targeted ads, patient inflow grew about 3× in three years — from 50–70 to 130–150 new patients per month, with more large treatments (crowns, implants).

Workflow & communication digitized

Besides marketing I digitized the anamnesis intake and set up WhatsApp Business for patient communication. With the right software I cut treatment-plan preparation from 2 hours to 10 minutes — less desk work, less paper, faster turnaround for the dentists.

The difference

General web agency vs. Oros Agency

General web agency / DIY with Wix

  • Nice design, but no knowledge of dentistry
  • You are one client out of a hundred
  • High monthly fees or expensive projects
  • Builds for looks, not for patients
  • Hard to reach after delivery
  • Separate parties for print and IT

Oros Agency

  • Knows the practice context from the inside (7 years)
  • Direct contact with Daniel, no account manager
  • Fair price, also for small practices
  • Builds for trust and new patients
  • Website, brand identity, print and IT through one person
  • Short lines, also after delivery

For most dental practices, a website built for patients returns more than a pretty site that is not found.

Yes, I build and maintain the site myself. One point of contact, short lines, no middlemen.

Do you also do business cards and flyers?

Yes. Logo, brand identity and print I handle completely: design and printing. You just pick it up.

Can you also handle the practice IT?

Yes, through Oros ICT Support. Website, marketing and IT through one person who knows your practice.

What does a website for a dental practice cost?

It depends on what you need. Get in touch for a short intake: I will be honest about what is needed and what it costs.

Do you only work in Limburg?

For on-site work across South Limburg. Website and marketing I also do nationwide and remotely.

Ready to get more patients from your online presence?

No sales call. No obligations. Just a short conversation to see whether I can do something for your practice. I have limited room for new practices in Limburg — plan an intake if you are interested.
